× Wes Hentges is the founder and co-principal at ProPartners Wealth, LLC, with experience in wealth management, business transition and strategic planning for those they serve. Wes received his degree in finance from University of Central Missouri and has applied that knowledge to help clients over the past 20 years. Since graduation, he has continually learned about new systems, process and solutions to create brighter futures. Driven by the pursuit of a brighter future for the lives of clients, their families, and their communities, he enjoys connecting and providing clarity, confidence, creativity, collaboration, and coaching. As a leader, he strives to grow an organization that offers services and opportunities that cannot be found elsewhere to support the ideal destinations of their clients and PPW team members. Growing up on a family farming operation, south of the Tipton Office, Wes is grounded in the belief that to build something extraordinary takes hard work, perseverance, and focus.  Additionally, having a mindset to do the best work, for every client, every day, came from the experience of living in a small community where negative news somehow beats a wrongdoer to the other side to town. Wes enjoys spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, being involved in the community, and supporting local church activities. Wes has three kind, smart, lovable, giving, and competitive children named Kash, Kaid & Kynli and an energetic border collie named Max.

× Working with Business Owners and Doctors, Steven creates plans and strategies for the goals and what "if's" in life. Utilizing the "Ideal Destinations Process", a proprietary solution created in conjuction with his business partner Wes Hentges, which clearly defines planning around your Business, Estate, Investment, Protection, and Transition needs. Growing up in a family business, Steven started work young. As the son of a math teacher, his love for numbers also started young. He took that work ethic and love of math to the University of Missouri and earned a degree in Finance. After College, his father kept him on at the family business, where he soon took on the role of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Steven and his Father grew the business over the next decade. After great business success, it was time for his father to retire and for Steven to follow his love of planning and spread the good work of how to succeed as an independent business owner. Steven is married to his wife Lauren who is pursuing her PhD and instructing at the University of Missouri. Steven and Lauren have three boys, who they love and who keeps them on their toes!

× Susan Law began with ProPartners Wealth in September 2016 and is our Para-Planner. Her previous experience in the financial markets include working for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Lease Administrator for Chrysler Capital Public Finance and the mortgage industry at the Lake of the Ozarks. In addition to working for ProPartners Wealth, Susan and her husband Dale are local business owners in Lake Ozark, MO. Susan was born and raised in the Kansas City Area and attended Northwest Missouri State University. In 2005 she moved to the Lake of the Ozarks to marry Dale Law. They joined their families and she is now the proud mother of 4 girls, Lauren, Alexis, Marley, and Kelbey. Susan enjoys time with her family and friends, boating on the lake and traveling to Dallas, Texas, to visit her oldest daughter Lauren. Susan has been involved in numerous charities over the years from being a chairperson with United Way of Kansas City, Board member of the Tri-County YMCA, President of Beta Sigma Phi in Liberty, Missouri and several parent organizations while her girls attended the local school. Susan feels her biggest accomplishment in life is raising 4 independent smart young women who are becoming very successful in their own right.

× Kale is a financial advisor at ProPartners Wealth. He holds a B.S. in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Kale is a native of Hannibal, Missouri, where he developed a love for nature and the great outdoors. He enjoys waterfowl hunting, his Traeger pellet grill, and training Labrador Retrievers. As a young financial advisor, Kale looks forward to helping you achieve your personal financial goals for years to come.

× Brenden Volcko is an Financial Advisor for ProPartners Wealth. Before becoming an Associate Advisor, Brenden was an intern for the company for two years. He has earned a B.S. degree in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with a Business Minor and Certificate of Risk Management and Insurance. Originally from Sedalia, Missouri, Brenden now resides in Columbia, Missouri. He enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with his dog Sampson.

× Cade is a Financial Advisor at ProPartners Wealth. He has been a member of the PPW Team since January 2020. He is excited to create and build relationships while giving assistance to achieve financial freedom. Cade grew up in the Home of Sliced Bread - Chillicothe, Missouri. He received his degree at the University of Missouri - Columbia and earned a B.S in Personal Financial Planning. Cade enjoys golf and wants to travel and play courses around the world. Coming from a family of coaches, Cade enjoys the coaching aspect the most in the financial planning process. He believes anything can be accomplished with a positive mindset and supportive accountability. × Sydney is a Paraplanner at ProPartners Wealth. She holds a B.S in Agribusiness Management and a minor in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She is currently working towards her Certified Financial Planner certificate. Her goal as a Paraplanner and soon-to-be Financial Advisor is to build lasting relationships with clients and help them meet their financial goals.
